Delete Your Data

We respect your right to delete your data. Here's how to remove your account and all associated information from Caleido.

Delete Your Account

In the Caleido app:

1. Go to Profile → Settings
2. Scroll to Account Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Via email:

Send a request to support@caleidoapp.com with your account email. We'll process it within 3 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Profile information and photos
• Collections and saved content
• Comments, likes, and ratings
• Social connections and groups
• Activity history and preferences

Timeline

• Immediate: Account access revoked
• Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted
• Within 90 days: Removed from backups

Before You Delete

This action cannot be undone. You'll lose:

• All saved collections and content
• Your community contributions
• Your username (may become available to others)
• Any account recovery options

Social Login Users

If you signed in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, deleting your Caleido account doesn't affect your account with those services. To remove Caleido's access:

• Google: Account Permissions
• Facebook: App Settings
• Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Apps Using Apple ID

Your Rights

Under GDPR and data protection laws, you can also:

• Request a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Export your data to another service
• Restrict how we process your data
